I will provide you with detailed workouts and specific exercise plans for each day of the week including what to do on rest days while also checking in on you once a week via video chat. There will be a monthly newsletter and a weekly group video chat where we can get together as a community and chat, and I will answer your questions. I will always be available via email for other questions you may have during the week. This plan includes access to video demonstrations on how to do each exercise correctly.
