Welcome to Apple Hat Fitness!

My name is Stefanie, and as a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I focus on helping clients over 40 achieve their fitness goals to lose weight, become stronger and overcome the aches and pains of aging by teaching the correct way to do each exercise safely.

During this initial consultation, we will discuss your fitness goals, past and present fitness history, injuries, etc… This information will help me program a personalized training plan to help you succeed. This will also be a great time for me to answer any questions you may have about the program!

I will provide you with 4 weeks of detailed workouts and specific exercise plans for each day of the week including what to do on rest days while also checking in on you once a week via video chat. There will be a monthly newsletter and a weekly group video chat where we can get together as a community and chat, and I will answer your questions. I will always be available via email for other questions you may have during the week. This plan includes access to video demonstrations on how to do each exercise correctly.
